What We Do
At REWIRE Health and Education Center, we focus on building strong minds for children and teens with our cognitive training programs combined with content-specific tutoring tailored for each specific learning style. In addition to helping K-12 students, we provide programs for young adults, adults, and aging adults built to enhance brain function to increase abilities in the work place, at home in family life, and during routine activities.
A skill based training approach which improves or maintains cognitive abilities through drills and exercises that strengthen the brain's pathways to improve overall success.
A method provided by school/learning support coaches that strengthens self-discipline and creates awareness, accountability in time management, and organization of school assignments and online class sessions.
Tailored to each individual's specific learning style, our tutoring programs allow us to focus on target subjects to help our students gain a better understanding of their schoolwork.
Counseling services provided to support the well-being of adolescents and adults working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and trauma related issues. In addition, interest inventory and career-style interview used to provide career path exploration.
WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY.....
"Going to tutoring has helped me a lot. It has helped me think of what to say faster, and helps when I'm talking to people. When I write, I can think of ideas faster and write them down. These are things I really had a hard time doing before, but now I can do them without getting frustrated. Going to Mrs. P's has been really helpful and fun!
